Pros
Very nice and squishy. Doesn't smell too strong. Also the strap makes it very easy to carry and store. It get a little slippery with the sweat.
Length is great and it's super soft and foamy! Regains its shape after being stepped on. Provides decent padding on hardwood floor.
Cons
The material is cheap and thin. It's just those cheep bathroom mats you van get. Mat rips easily with even little chunks coming off.
It gouges and tears from fingernails and toes. When you try to clean it, it soaks up the liquid before you can wipe it off.
