I contacted balancefrom and they replaced the scales under warranty and we now have a new set

Nice pair of scales however the battery cover seems to be broken or just comes off very easily

The battery holders cover is a bit loose and comes off every 56 times you step on the scale which causes all the batteries to pop out too

After about 14 months of use the scale developed an issue it was not showing correct readings

Ive replaced batteries and tried to recalibrate but was unable to fix the problem
