It does selfinflate but i had to blow into it a couple times to get the firmness i wanted

Product was comfortable once inflated though it would only inflate about half way on its own

The only thing is that the bag that it comes with is super cheap quality and fell apart when i put the mat back in the bag

I closed the valve after it inflated and when i was ready to roll it up all i had to do was open the valve and tightly roll it

Ok let me start by saying that i have used an air mattress for that past few years and it did fine

The foam didnt expand as much as i hoped and wasnt as dense as what i was hoping for i was hoping for something like memory foam but it is more like standard padding foam
