Comfy and slip resistant. Only issue i've noticed is that they are incredibly slippery. Great grip for safe, intense workouts.
It’s quick and easy to reconfigure the mats into a solid rectangle when needed. Easy to clean with a damp cloth. Overall, this mat combines ease of assembly with performance.
A pack of 6 snugly covers the floor where my power rack stands. Sq ft filled more space than i thought. Just installed this flooring in our garage to convert it into a gym space.

Slipped doing front lunges. These are not a rubbery texture but more plastic-y feeling. There is a chemical film layering the tiles that comes off on your skin.
