I had read many of the reviews and to me if this product did not work it seems to me the balanitis is not what you had, so be sure if your symptoms are not exactly balanitis than you need to go to the doctor to be sure don't purchase a product until you truly know what you have, because it could be something totally different, because this product does work for balanitis.  Read Less
