The elastic around the cuffs and waist is tight enough to seal but not so tight that is cuts off circulation.

But, it is fairly priced so i am happy with it, but still need to buy better insulated jacket for winter cycling.

I rode in temperatures as low as 16 degrees fahrenheit wearing this jacket

Although it is not advertised as waterproof it did keep me dry when i was caught in drizzling rain in 40degree weather in december

Was hesitant about purchasing a running hacket withput seeing it and the quality in person but i was blown away on arrival
