Pros
The toe seam is aslo the best i've ever encountered on a pair of socks. No lumps to form blisters on the big or little toes. I love how cushioned these socks are.
Balega are my go-to running sock. It keeps your foot cooler.
These are great, super comfy and the sizing is awesome. They are snug where they should be and padded where needed.
These are pricey but they are more than worth it. And the company supports several worthwhile charities.
Cons
After a mile walk, there go the socks, sliding down into the shoe. They pill really badly after a few washes and they wear out more than they used to. After the first wash they have a tiny hole.

E less knee stress however its very annoying that the socks dont stay up
