This device allows the user to freely make up his/her own exercises. The pain goes away and my shoulders feel stronger at the office! I have no complaints, the quality is good.
Cons
It's way too taut. No explanation, no apology. You have to wonder about a seller that says the item is shipped but they really didn't.
