Pros

Foldable, durable but don't * it. Fabric and cardboard combination makes it sturdier. Easy to assemble.

Sturdy container comes with handle slots and a lid that closes with velcro. Rigid rails are provided for hanging pendaflex files.

This box is as advertised. Great finish and standard sized file box. Perfect size. This fits the bill perfectly.

The sturdiness and neatness of appearance are great. The fabric and stitching are good quality. Cloth covering is nice and well done.

Cons

Flimsy and cheap. Don't waste your money, go with a plastic or wire mesh file box. Not sure it will hold all files / notebooks i plan on putting inside.

It would not be good for garage use, since the handles are open for bugs to crawl or fly inside.

The lid is just tiny bit too small so the lid will collapse in if you try to put anything on top of it.

The box is so convenient and easy to move around compared to a standard bulky file cabinet.

I needed a new box to get my documents organizes and this fit the need perfectly.

The box is made of a fabric material and you clip on two plastic edge pieces on each side on which to hang your file folders.

It does not come with folders or dividers or anything.

Competitiveness

Although this product is being used for a storage of work documents, it is very well built unlike some of the other competitor products.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality due to it's price in comparison to similar organizers available in stores.

I think it's similar to the boxes you get for shelves at ikea.
