It's both waterproof and odor proof. The "smell proof-ness" seems to work to me, but i realize everyone’s senses are not the same. I hope you found it helpful.
The material of the case is of a good quality, and the seam work and stitching is consistent and tight. It feels well-made and durable. I like the removable inserts to customize the space.
Baleine smell proof bag is a pretty cool thing to have and a nice gift to give to a stasher. This is a really nice, smell-proof bag that has wayyyy more room than you'd expect! Its so cute and spacious with lots of storage compartments.
One of its standout features is its effectiveness in keeping odors contained. Also it happens to be well insulated.
Fabric is water resistant and the zippers are properly taped. Setting the combination lock is straightforward. The zippers operate smoothly every time.

I would totally buy this full price too!
I saw this one was on sale so i figured wth i’ll buy it.
It won't keep anyone from taking the bag itself, but it will keep the contents inaccessible when needed and the price was decent.
Shipping
Because it's squished down to ship it, it's a bit misshapen, but as i fill it up i suspect it will fill back out.
Packaging/appearance
It kind of looks like a lunch box which makes it low profile.
Once it was emptied of the stinky items, it retained the smell.
Competitiveness
As of this review, this bag is only a few dollars cheaper than the larger, hard-sided name brand.

It does seem to be fairly water resistant or at least weather resistant i believe it would keep your stash pretty dry if you were carrying it in a storm
