Pros
The straps are adjustable and the back has 3 adjustable hook and eye closure options. The cups are well-padded so give both comfort and coverage. Can wear with summer tops without straps showing because they are adjustable to cross in back.
This bra fits great for a full size bustline. Some bra manufacturer out there, somewhere some day, needs to design a bra for petite sizes.
Cons
The bra is pretty and the cute lacy side panels are pretty but totally not functional. Did not hold them up effectively. I was disappointed with the packaging, as the cups were folded and dented.
Straps are too long and thin. Not breathable and slightly itchy and intrusive feeling. The shoulder straps are too widely placed. The padding over the underwire is way too thick.

Bali did a wonderful job making these and price is wonderful.
