It is front closure and there are four hooks. And my shoulder joints love how the weight of load lands over the trapezius muscle and away from the joint.

It fits nicely. Confirmed the size through a professional bra fitter. Trying to find that elusive perfect fit.

The straps don't adjust; the back needs some silicone striping to keep it in place better. Some bit in the front is itchy and obnoxious and i had to tuck my shirt under the band to reduce the irritation. Runs very small, needs adjustable straps.

This one, however is a medieval * device masquerading as a bra. Such a bummer.
