The only head you get is the singular angled head shaver which does have 6 razors. It's a standard usb on the outlet side, but the side that goes to the shaver is very specific.

Mine was only delivered with the single 6-head shaver attachment intened to be used for the head.

The shaver came in well packaged and everything was accounted for and in perfect shape.

It was nearly fully charged out of the box and came with a little cleaning brush and power cable.
