Pros
This insulated stainless steel water bottle is awesome! After 4 hours of hiking the water was still nice and cold. This is an awesome if you are looking for a cheaper double walled insulated water bottle.
The wooden lid is steel on the inside with a silicone ring for vacuum sealing. The canteen washes very well.
Cons
The lid has a fingernails-on-chalkboard grating sound when you open and close it. The stainless steel gets all fingerprinted and smudgy. The bamboo on the lid prevents you from using the dishwasher.

Works well, well insulated, and has an open throat.
The bamboo cap has also fallen off, leaving a sharp metal rim that makes it uncomfortable to unscrew.
Thus, the water will never smell like plastic or rubber.
Packaging/appearance
Purple color is as pictured and very pretty.
I was looking for a rum container for my liquor cabinet that looks nice and fits in the space.

The thermos body has insufficient insulation to keep contents hot or old
