Ive tried other brands that have a longer needle connected by a shorter cord and since the needle doesnt bend its very awkward to maneuver around tight diameters this is true even for those that come with a bend in the needle portion

Just pace yourself it’s a bit painful especially if you have arthritis

If you throw your yarn or knit english i wouldnt recommend these needles at all

They are also fussy for a norwegian purl because theres not a lot of needle to actually manipulate

The circular cords are thick enough that they dont feel like theyll snap at the lightest tug but thin enough that they bend easily to maneuver with the stitches
