Pros

Year-old hosed showerhead was in our primary shower. I can't remember if the most recent showerhead came with a plastic hose or a metal one. Great shower massager, and helps save water with the settings on the shower head.

Great shower pressure, and truly lasts a long time. It provides me with several types of water sprays. The different modes of spray are fun to play with but for general i use one mode. It has five shower pressures.

Cons

Stiff plastic hose is totally unusable. It does not have a metal hose, it is all plastic. Very clunky hose.

The water pressure even with the flow restrictor removed is laughable. It is advertised as having a flow rate of 2 gpm, but the listing says that it is 2 gallons per minute.

This is misleading the consummer and it should be flagged as such. It's not that it doesn't work, it is not. Being returned. Will not purchase again.

It appears we paid over $80 for it, somehow. Waster of money. I am very disappointed in it overall.
