Pros

Moen handheld is great. Great price on both head and hose. Flow is good and all settings for spray modes are fine.

Cons

The hose is completely different from the pictured hose on the item page. The attachment from the hose to the shower head is plastic. The replacement internal hardware connecting the valve handle with the valve was changed from metal to cheap plastic.... Read More

Water pressure terrible. At least not from moen. The showerhead holder is a lightweight plastic piece that no matter how many times it is tightened, after a minute of use it loosens and the showerhead droops down again.

It appears we paid over $80 for it, somehow. Waster of money. Should be pulled off the market. Hope the amazon return policy will save the day!
