I recommend putting them on about 1015 minutes before fully dressingleaving the house because it seems body heat helps them warm up a bit and expand just enough to adhere to my legs and stay in place for hours otherwise if i don’t let them warm up to my body temp first they will not stay in place as well

The adhesive is very sticky and i dont have any sort of feeling like they wont hold up once i actually do use them
