Pros

The entire kit looks very nice and well crafted. Everything is of decent quality. The accessories are a bonus! A special gift to encourage a new passion.

The product dimensions are as advertised. And of course the price is fantastic.

These proofing banneton baskets are really nice. The liners are nice but eventually unnecessary as the flour builds up on the rattan. It looks easy to replace, and the leather cover is nice.
