Pros

These charging cords work well with the desktop charger as long as the radio is turned off. Dont have to worry about dead battery or wall charger when camping or long trail run. Perfect for using an 8 watt baofeng as a mobile rig.

Cons

After using it for less than 2 weeks, melted in my car. The contacts on the back of the battery eliminator get very hot. Haven’t got the right size connector for the battery.
