It isnt an anytone radio when it comes to programming and there is a bit of a learning curve on how it gets programmed but once you figure it out and i did by youtube university and a few emails to radioddity of which were answered really quick youll be talking in no time

Also on the battery the tab that locks it in place is on the bottom of the radio and i have had to use a coin to pop it open so the battery could be removed
