    Right off there was an issue with the power connector that connects to the base charger

    When you move the base charger for any reason the connector comes out thus when it does make a connection there are power spikes that occur every time this connector is moved whether accidently or just nudging it this can cause damage to the battery itself

    The problem here is that the manufacturer didnt design this charger with a more secure connector to its base

    Looking at this i may have to 34void34 the warranty off the charger by hard wiring the connector instead of using the plug or using an entirely different type of plug that is more secure
