It will ruin them and you'll have to buy more for your shipping department.

They put out 2w on the 70cm band, and with a car mounted antenna they work very well when using repeaters in town.
It appeared to have already been opened and placed back into the box.
Competitiveness
But for the price its a good value if they last a year.
I already had chirp software on my laptop because of programming the other baofeng models that i have.

Some of the pieces were sitting in the contianer unwrapped that made appear to be a return and shipped back out
