Two dual-band antennas are included (2m/70cm, 2m/1. M) radio has all the feature neewded for analog repeater operation such as ctcss and dcs. Added longer antenna for better reception.
The programming software isn't great, but the better one (chirp) is opensource and should improve over time. Would like some added features regarding scanning programming and scanning behaviors.
A real on off switch assures long battery life. Also, radioddity's support is top-drawer. Service is, with out question, top tier!
If you contact radioditty via the seller contact, they are very responsive and helpful. Great sound, az flatland range sufficient, fm is great to listen to.

You have to choose radioddity from the list of manufacturers and then this specific model.

The book says to go to menu item 24 34sync34 and the radio doesnt have a 34sync34 24 menu item

When they programmed this radio at factory they neglected to inform purchasers that the menu items had been updated and changed even though they didnt update the user manual to compliment the change to the radio

Bottom line is that this uv5rx3 cannot be synced like the standard uv5r radios which actually can be synced with a 24 34sync34 menu item
