The barbecue skewers are the perfect width to keep foods from spinning when you turn them on the grill, but not to wide to split dfelecate vegetables. The skewers are sturdy and will not bend or be out of form easily. Have not yet used this skewer set... Read More

The points are sharp so i am careful when pushing meat or veggies on them. I wish the tips had a symmetrical /\-shape points instead of the diagonal |\-shape. It's a great set specially comes with brackets.

The shaft design holds the vegies and meat in place and makes it easy to turn while cooking. Haven’t tried it on charcoal yet.
