Dont fit on all bar. Grip is somehow loose compared to other brands.

Nowhere near as bomber as a cranked down spinlock but more than adequate to keep plates on a barbell as long as you arent swinging it about like a battle mace or doing some other wacky stuff

It works well but doesnt hang on if you try to put it on the threaded dumbbell
