Pros

The lentil noodles are dense and firm, and might not be for everyone. I'm on metformin, and these noodles didn't cause my sugar to spike. This product is quite palatable and makes for a nice plate of spaghetti.

My family actually prefers it to regular spaghetti. Plus, it is a lot healthier. Had to buy this big box so have leftovers.

Cons

These are starchy. They clump and turn into a pot of paste. But it tastes bad.

This is the worst pasta i've ever had. Impossible to get a good cooked noodle with this stuff. However the pasta seems to be old. This pasta is not the greatest imo.
