Quality
First i have to say im in love with the ingredient.
I appreciate the higher nutrient content with the chickpea pasta.
The chickpea flavor, if it is even exists, is very mild with this product.
There is a slight taste and texture difference, but with the right kinds of sauce, i don’t think most anyone would notice.
Price
Good & bad:1) i expected the price to be higher.
Competitiveness
This set of 6-pack of chickpea flour pasta from barilla is as i expected.
Like i said, it's still a small miracle, especially when compared to the many quite-disgusting alternatives.
I've run a gluten-free household for many years, but more recently i've experienced issues with hypoglycemic episodes aka pre-pre-diabetes.
Also, it tastes reasonably good and is better for you than other gluten-free and, for that matter, glutenous alternatives.

I could tell the difference between this and regular wheat pasta but there was nothing wrong with it

I had a tomato sauce and chicken bake with the noodles and it was hard to tell they were actually not regular pasta

I love trying pasta made from legumes but hadnt yet tried this version from barilla

I only received one box of rotini did not receive the pasta so i can only comment on the rotini

I am a part of vine and only received one single box of the rotini and none of the spaghetti but that’s normal for us and doesn’t mean a regular consumer wouldn’t get the promised full amount
