Pros
It expands a lot when hydrated. Two thumbs up from my picky daughter.
Cons
This is great pasta, but this is an egregious price for it. The ad is incorrect since it says this is a gluten-free product. Expiry shows jul 2015 which probably shows how old this item is.

I mix it with a creamy handmade peppery alfredo and do shredded chicken for a great meal otherwise i do a garlic pesto sauce and eat it like that

Its seriously too bad they dont sell these in bulk at the store like in the containers where you pull down on a lever and can fill up a gallon bucket full
