Highlights
Quality
It cooks a little longer than wheat pasta, but the quality and texture, taste are perfect.
It is quick and easy to make mac and cheese
Doesn't fall apart and turn to mush when cooked ala dente.
This is not true of barilla elbows and rotini, though it's penne breaks apart once it's beyond its cooking point.
Price
It is reasonably priced, easy to cook and reheats well.
Price at otter markets are above the amazon price at least at the time of my purchase.
The price is cheaper than what i find at our local store.
Packaging/appearance
Love this gluten free pasta, but whomever packaged the 4 boxes up at amazon is an idiot.
Competitiveness
Compared to many other gf products, the texture is decent and the flavor is better than most.
It's very good compared to some other gluten free pasta options.
I’ve used in many recipes and the difference between this product and regular is not terribly discernible as compared to other gf products.
The elbows and rotini are comparable to cooking with wheat brands, although i'd guess that storage is not the same.
