Some gf pastas have a slimy mucus that you have to rinse off otherwise the pasta tastes horrible

I have tried all of the tricks with other ones rinsing with cold water as soon as i drain them adding oil to the water testing the noodles every thirty seconds after theyve been boiling to be sure they arent over cooked

Lasagna is where youll notice gf pasta the least though

It wasnt chewy or grainy but it definitely didnt get tender enough
