These ready to use lasagna noodles are short but don't be fooled! Made a homemade butternut squash alfredo sauce. Mix ricotta with 2 beaten eggs ( extra protein) and fresh parmesan.
Sliced cheese is less expensive and doesn't contain additives like pre shredded cheese. Lasagna is great reheated the next day. The resulting lasagna tastes really good.
The pieces are very workable. I wish i'd read the directions ;) and realized that it didn't need to be boiled. No more boiling for me.

Its really good but in order for this to cook properly every single layer has to be soaked in salsa otherwise its hard and raw
