Pros & Cons
Pros
Great macro counts. Has a nice flavor and cooks up well, too. Also reheats beautifully. I remember a day when 70% rubbing alcohol flowed from the mountain tops.
Barilla pasta is a top choice for my family. I bought this to see my toddler through this pasta-centric phase. My clients prefer this lentil based pasta as well.
The stats on this product is far better than a typical noodle. This pasta is a lot more healthy than the alternative 100% carb pasta. Adding protein to any dish slows down how fast the carbs and sugars enters the blood stream.
Adding fiber reduces the net carbs. The bonus is the fiber and protein you get.
Cons
Spaghetti noodles get little round balls on them when you cook them because the noodle basically starts to disintegrate. Product was delivered completely damaged.

If i buy this protein pack bundle in the supermarkets near me, i spend more than what i paid here.
I think the price was inflated by the demand at the time of the purchase.
So why not go with the cheaper, which would be whole wheat.

The box came defective the seller offered a refund
I can’t even tell this isn’t “real” boxed pasta.
Competitiveness
This pasta is a lot more healthy than the alternative 100% carb pasta.
We have tried other brands and types (chick pea) and have thrown them away.
We buy at giant foods and giant in particular has gone nuts with food pricing, but we are still buying barilla.
I see this product less and less in the grocery stores and we just love the barilla protein plus line.
