Pros

As someone who struggles with weight, this stuff is awesome. I purchase barilla products again because they have reconsidered their anti-lgbt stance.

High in protein and fiber and cooks up with a great consistence. I have a number of health issues, including diabetes, that necessitate that i choose my food carefully. Healthy & tasty.

I love pasta, but i tend to bypass most kinds because the carb load just isn't worth it. I love that this pasta comes with beneficial ingredients like added omega 3. A couple of our kids are vegetarians and love pasta so this is great.

Cons

The texture is not that of pasta. Now it just tastes bland and mushy. Taste like cardboard and just plain *!
