It cooks up nicely every time. And the ridges of the rotini hold a thin dressing well. And it has less starch. Make sure to use oil when cooking or storing afterwards.

    I dont like the taste and texture of whole grain pasta so i was intrigued to try this pasta that claims to be healthier but looks pretty similar to regular pasta
