I usually don't write reviews & not this is a bad product, i am very impressed by the instructions & the modes this product has.
No amount of fiddling with the settings will fix it.
Poor dogs are totally freaked out after an hour in the room with the thing.
Packaging/appearance
I would return it, but i don't have the packaging anymore since it appeared to work at first.

Supposed to be silent but it gives off this high pitch sound that gives me a migrane.

Does not work on the yappy little terrier types next door

Placed the unit 15 unobstructed feet from where they bark at anything that moves in my yard

Their high pitched bark doesnt trigger the unit to turn on

What i really hate is that you can not tell if it is doing anything feels like i bought the brooklyn bridge it continually clicks on for no apparent reason and lately i have noticed it hissing
