Pros & Cons
Pros
Haha, as if. I am not going into the nitty gritty of how it works, etc.
Cons
Both of these metal clips are not as durable as they should / could be. It is now june first and the harness has begun to fray. Loved the idea of it but needs to be stronger for chewing dogs.
This harness is not for larger pups that pull and are still training. The large is more for a beagle sized dog. It fits around the girth, but not the neck.
The harness was pulled to the side and then sat tightly against her other side. They are extremely hard to loosen/tighten. The other has loose threads, a tear, and an oddball part on the strap.

I don't mind this since the harness will grow with the babies.
We went with the size that was shown, but needed the size up.
Competitiveness
I've tried so many harnesses for my 21lb maltipoo.
I have a 28-lb dog and got a small size harness.
I have a 15lb eskimo and the size i ordered fit around the neck and midsection but it was way too long for body

Super cute and reflective only thing is that if you’re looking for something to help with your dog pulling id recommend a pinch collar or different harness cause it does not help with pulling
