Pros

I use it when hiking in colorado (elevation dehydrates you), after a peloton ride or workout, etc. I definitely feel more hydrated after i drink it.

This packet helps wonderfully! Dissolves good - no powder left behind. I am so thankful to find electrolytes that work well without artificial ingredients.

Cons

Flavor isn't great but hydration is fine. Flavoring inside the packet is very lackluster. Tastes like colonoscopy prep drink. It tastes salty and thick.

Flavor is disgusting. I'm not risking my money to try.

Do not recommend, i want my money back but it’s not returnable. Would like a refund for this product please.
