Pros

Use it when hiking in colorado (elevation dehydrates you), after a peloton ride or workout. I definitely feel more hydrated after i drink it. This packet helps wonderfully!

The flavor is very subtle and not overpowering. If you're someone who doesn't love sweet things like soda/candy/sugar very much, i think it's for you. It's not too sweet, doesn't have stevia/artificial sweetener flavor, and is slightly salty.

The only one that’s a little on the salty side is the grapefruit melon. The blackberry lemon and cran raspberry are sooooo good!

Cons

Do not recommend, i want my money back but it’s not returnable. If you're able to stomach it, i salute you.
