Pros

The curve eliminates the necessity of clipping the four corners to prevent flip over. Curved wooded braces make hammock more comfortable that straight flat hangers. The curved rails make it very easy to get in and out.

Cons

Sorry to bring you the inconvenience. Chains are short and you will need extenders for a standard 11-12’ hammock. Long term effects of not enforcing a sellers promise can only negatively effect amazon if allowed to become systemic.
