Pros

Adjustable and sturdy. Easy to assemble and very sturdy and adjustable for your height and size. I wish it had a cushion to go with it since it is quite hard.

Cons

This chair is not slip resistant, or stable at all. It slips and slids in my shower. We haven't the chair a year and the legs buckled. The bolts to secure the legs to the seat are extremely week.

Cheapest most unsanitary unsafe bath chair ever made. This thing shouldn't even be sold and should be discontinued. It’s not worth the risk. It is so unsafe.

The chair is rated to support 400 lbs. It claims the weight limit is 400 pounds. I weigh 220, and the legs bent already. My mother weighs 180 lbs, which is well below the 400 lb weight limit.

This product *. This is absolutely ridiculous. Feels scammy now. Total trash.

The item does not had a return policy, it has a refund / replacement policy. Tried to call the number provided by amazon, was disconnected three times. The live chat option on their website continuously says agents not available.
