Cons
The quality is atrocious and their warranty process is no doubt in keeping with the product’s terrible quality. You are required to register your product in a google form, then use another google form to submit your warranty claim.
It's a good product and does a good job until the case swells and cracks. It's unfortunate that theirs not good alternatives for a battery case for an iphone 12. The case charger is heavy and bulky.
The case is light…too light to actually have the advertised charging power. When the case is on my phone, it prohibits faster charging from the newer chargers. The port does not transfer data as advertised.
Last two bulging and splitting open is too concerning. Appleplay struggles to work with it. Stopped working when it was needed.

For me, the most important is the reliability and this case got a solid 5 stars!
This is my second case i had the first one for many years before the clip broke.
First for my iphone se - case and battery outlasted the phone.
