Pros

Alphatronix is the best battery case i've owned so far. Loved my iphone 11 pro apple battery case. Easy to operate, we both manage it very well.

They hold their charge well and are dependable. They provide you easy steps to take to return defective item. Their customer service is awesome and very responsive as well.

I'm amazed by how much extra battery life this case gives. It also adds bulk to my iphone 13 which is a plus for me. It's worth every penny.

Cons

I have a newish iphone 13 so my phone isn't the issue. Previous cases could charge my phone 1-2 times fully from zero before i needed to recharge the case. Both iphone jack and qi wireless jack both won’t work.

Since they’re switched to this new case style it seems like the quality internally has gone down. Like a little battery dinosaur is about to hatch out of it. Will try to find a location to dispose of/recycle properly.

Customer service said the unit went bad and would not repair or replace. I'm not sure if they are generous enough to replace our units as they are out of warranty.
