Pros

If you like cyberpunk, action and manga, this is probably in your taste. This manga is absolutely awsome. To anyone who loves cyber punk anime and manga, this manga is for you.

The artwork is superb, especially given the need to depict lightning quick combat between immensely powerful cyborgs. The artist's vision of the physical space is so arresting. The art is some of the best i've seen, by the way.

Strong characters and their development are the pillars of the story. Battle angel also has a sense of grim realism. Plenty of blood & gore action.

Cons

At fist glance the art of alita is poor. The story is weak and it sequence is the worst i ever saw!

A cybernetic doctor who lives in a dark and harsh world finds the remains of a cyborg with the brain still intact.

It should serve as a good introduction to manga for those who are unfamiliar with the art form, but interested in reading this series.

Alright, this is the first of nine books with the femme fatale cyber babe alita, also known as battle angel alita.

Price

That alone, in my opinion, is worth the cover price.

Makuku is easily, estimated, ten times bigger than alita.

Competitiveness

Featuring terrifying, gory battles, bueatiful artwork, excellent story and plot, etc, etc, and you have a excellent manga.

I liked the character of alita and how the author manage to introduce her in the world.
