Pros
The bauerfiend does what a perfect taping job might do, but isn't perfect. It is worth the higher price because it isn't a piece of generic junk. The pricing from this company is the cheapest i have found on the internet.
When wearing it, the pain essentially subsides completely. The zensah is a thinner lighter weave and therefore “cooler”. It has an indicator in case you pull it too tight.
This product is easily my favorite. Terrific product. Great product. Well constructed product. Really recommend this product.

The clasp applies dual compression on the long tendons of the forearm extensor and flexor muscles. This is comfortable, easy to use, reversible for both arms.
Cons
This elbow strap is bulky and it’s hard to find the right place to put it. There are plenty of better products on the market that are much much less expensive. Manufacturer's response to defective product puzzled me.

Price
Best for my tennis elbow- tried less expensive ones.
It was twice what i paid for the other ones but i can tell it cost at least twice as much to manufacture.
It is worth the higher price because it isn't a piece of generic junk.
If the strap were $15-$20 cheaper, it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but this device is pricy, so i expect more.

The product was shipped immediately and provided the needed relief to the affected area.
Very slow delivery (40 days) from onebioshopitaly for usa delivery.
Competitiveness
This seems to help more than anything i could find in the stores, locally.
I use this for tennis and it has worked dramatically better than other braces.
I've tried many less expensive wraps and none of them were as effective as the epipoint.
While it is loads better than the ace, this one isn't perfect.

I purchased and ace strap but it wasnt comfortable and had an awkward air pouch for pressure on the tendon so i purchased the bauerfeind strap because of the quality and comfort

The edges of the straps are a tad rough and become really uncomfortable within a few hours of wear
