Pros
The product itself deserves 5 stars; but i find it hard to go there considering the outrageous price tag. It is worth every penny. It's a bit pricey for what you get though.
The knee sleeve fits perfectly. I use this this sleeve for reassurance, compression, and the support it provides when i am playing. My only concern is if it's going to start slipping in the future, as there are no velcro straps on it.
Cons
Not very durable. The metal is also distended at the top. These pics look similar, but they are not from the same brace.

Not the cheapest but certainly the highest of quality.
If they could address this durability issue, its easily a five star product.

After 3 years or so they usually need to be replaced as they lose some of the original tension provided by the material

To clean it i just turn it inside out toss it in the washer and hang it on the clothesline to dry

The problem with most knee braces is that there is a tradeoff either the knee brace feels like its slipping down your leg any time you make a movement or the knee brace is secured to your thigh by unwieldy straps and buckles

Most of my symptoms fall closely related to jumpers knee as well

During the same night before bed it started hurting like crazy felt like if were to sleep on my side gravity kind of took my knee out of the socket i slept with one of my older braces which helped a bit
