When i stand during sking my ankles keep wanting to roll and the wraps help keep them from a complete rollover although nothing short of an iron boot would totally prevent supination

They are a type of woven fabric that goes on like a halfsock and the wrapping strap is made out of a material that almost looks like plastic

The stretch portion around the foot is good but the wrap barely connects to the velcro
