Pros

This is lighter than my old press but does not feel cheap. Closer to 45 oz capacity. Very nicely made.

Cons

The lid and press have some big problems. The double mesh is poorly done and allows quite a bit of grinds to get through. The only way i figure it out to get it to work and press without hurting or getting stuck is to make the grind very coarse.

There is some insulation (it doesn't get hot, just warm) but i suspect the insulation is just air and not vacuum. I own other vacuum-insulated products that don't even get warm when full of boiling water.
