The trick is to cut vegetable into pieces about 3 long or they do not stay attached to the sliding gripper handle

Uniformly cut chips toss in sunflower oil then bake in a 180 deg oven for 2025 minutes shaking the pan every five minutes so they dont stickbasically this is well on the way to be a gadget that is permanently out in my kitchen

Also i found it doesnt manage to cut up the last thick piece and the temptation is to push the veg through by hand
