Pros

The app is great and super easy to use. Wifi connectivity is a game changer for me. Display module is awesome with 5 meat temps and 1 designated for flame temp.

Rechargeable, easy to use and a very sleek design. The receiver is chinci plastic but the probes are quality stainless.

Cons

Probes randomly disconnect from unit. Bluetooth connection is so weak, that it loses connection over very little relative distance. The bluetooth range is less than 20 ft.

Great idea, but poorly manufactured or defective product. Greedy marketers insist that you logon to their corporate website to use your product. Un professional. Uncooperative in many attempts. Does not stand. Quality control iffy.

Excellent product, phone application works super good.

Really easy to set up and the app is simple and works flawlessly, even from the other side of the home.

Temperature not precise varies 2 degrees per probe when both are in constant heat.

Left it outside more times than i can count and the unit didn't fade in the sun nor did water get into the battery bay.

Price

Very happy with this inexpensive and useful thermometer.

Will absolutely be using every weekend and highly recommended, especially at this price point!

I bought this unit for the price point on certain features like bluetooth.

Replacing an old non bluetooth device which cost about the same.

Shipping

They requested that i send the amazon order number and they would ship me out a replacement probe.

I messaged customer service through the app around 7:30 pm and received a reply around 8:45 pm the same evening!

Received as a christmas gift, tests i've done with look good !

I bought it to replace a thermometer of the same brand, which i gave to my mil.

Those bluetooth units are only as good as the range of your iphone.
